Figure 8 Walk Around

If your location has a lot of space to walk around a vehicle, then this may be the solution for you. 

You simply film a 60 second video in one take, walking around the vehicle in a figure 8 motion, highlighting the key features as you go. 

Below is a step by step diagram of how to follow this process.

Although we offer this solution, we have found a few faults with the results:

  • Space needed
  • Filming the whole video in one single take can result in inconsistent videos and people tend to rush the early part of the video
  • Capturing all the background including things that may not be wanted
  • Can't pause and reposition yourself or vehicle to see different views of the vehicle

We suggest that the guided pause walk around is a better solution because it doesn't have the faults of the figure 8 walk around above.
